Hawksworth Consulting is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for a contract opportunity.You MUST HAVE Wealth Management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements
• Conduct stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Perform process mapping (current & future state) and gap analysis
• Support project planning, delivery, and solution design
• Manage requirements through the full project lifecycle
• Assist with testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Proven Business Analyst experience in complex environments (financial services preferred)
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agile / delivery experience highly regarded
