Program Director / Program Manager – Organisational Change / Office move
Hawksworth are sourcing a Program Manager (Working from home…for now) for our Financial Services client in Sydney who will be returning to their office in 2021 for approx. 1-2 day per week.
This is such an exciting role, you’ll be coordinating and managing the entire move back into the office for next year. Not sure how many days a week it will be next year back in the office, but the plan is to get things moving and start planning.
This is an initial 6 months contract wth a view to extend.
You will be the Program Manager across IT, Hardware, Business, Property, Workplace, Health & Safety, etc. This is bigger than office relocations, DC moves, this is new territory, and an amazing opportunity to set-out how this is done for others to follow
The successful candidate (You) will be able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck into the work, this is a hands-on position.
- 5+ years in Program Management
- Good understanding across IT, Hardware, Business, Property, Workplace, Health & Safety, etc.
- Delivery focussed
- Excellent stakeholder / Vendor Management
- People-person, who’s a good team player
This is a new role and one that will be very different from your previous roles, as we have not had to contend with Covid before. It is essential that you have experience across Risk and Governance and Health & Safety, which is vital knowldge when setting up best practice and the best possible environment for employees to eventually return to work in 2021.
