Hawksworth are looking to on-board a Test Lead for our major Financial Services client. This is a permanent role and you can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
As a Test Lead, you will be placed on projects and be responsible for working closely with their Test Managers to plan, co-ordinate and execute all BAT and PVT testing activities, which will be managed using Agile delivery methodologies.
You will have exposure to a variety of business and technology domains and drive engagement with business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are delivered to meet our customer needs.
The initial project you will be placed on is a telephony upgrade program. You MUST HAVE experience in this area. In collaboration with our Technology Infrastructure and Real Estate teams, this project aims to implement a state-of-the-art telephony system and enhance our digital communications (including email, SMS, chat, and social media), analytics, workforce management, and more.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of testing experience preferably with Insurance Industry background
- 3+ years working within large scale Agile projects
- Minimum 2 years on IT infrastructure / Telephony related programs
